Cakes are covered in fondant with ribbon as the border and handmade hibiscus flowers. It was so humid outside that I had trouble with the flowers drying, but I think they turned out good for my first try.
Happy Birthday Annika!
My cousin asked her mom if Cake Boss could make her birthday cake, so I had big shoes to fill on this one. Luckily she approved! ;) The cupcake wrapper was made out of chocolate.

I was given an invitation and asked to base the cake off of it. All decorations are made out of fondant.

Here's another duck cake, this one with basket weave instead of kit kats. This was for a 60th birthday for a rubber duck collector. And again, the duck is just posing for the picture, the actual duck used had a party hat and was holding a birthday cake.
