Topsy Turvy Cake Class

I took a one night class to learn how to make a topsy turvy cake. I am very intrigued by these cakes and I have seen instructions on the internet for them, but it involves a lot of carving, which makes me nervous. It turned out to be easier than first thought and I think it turned out pretty good for my first time. There should be another border between the two cakes, but I ran out of time.
